In the following schedule you will see sections with 60 -60. This means 60 minutes somatic work, followed by 60 minutes sitting meditation (with a bio break between) The sections marked 40 – 20 –
40 will be comprised of seated meditation, walking meditation, and seated meditation respectively. This is our basic structure, but we will also follow the energy in the moment and
adjust our schedule accordingly.
